Day 01 : Chandigarh - Shimla
Pick up from Railway station and drive to Shimla for 3 hours approx.
check in at your hotel and day for rest or explore at your own.
Day 02 : Shimla
Shimla the state capital of Himachal Pradesh is one of the few places in
the world where an enormous amount of history and heritage has been
distilled into such a small place.
Shimla has been blessed with all the natural bounties, one can think of.
Dwelling on a panoramic location, the hilly town is surrounded by green
pastures and the spectacular cool hills.
The Ridge
The large space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the
mountain ranges.
Lekkar Bazaar
Popular for its wood crates and souvenirs, this is just off the Ridge.
Jakhoo Hill / Temple
Dedicated to the monkey god, Lord Hanuman
Other Places of interests are Chadwick Falls, 67 m high : are only really
worth visiting during or just after the monsoons (July to October). The
falls are 7 km from Shimla and can be reached via Summer Hill. Christ
Church & St. Michael's Cathedral
The second oldest church in northern India, Christ Church was build
between 1846 and 1857. The church is one of the Shimla's major landmarks
and is renowned for its stained glass windows. Indian Institute of
Advanced Study :magnificent English renaissance strudure was the former
Viceregal Lodge. Its lawns and woodland are added attractions.
So called the heart of Shimla, The Mall is the most attracting thing in
the town. 
The Mall is the centre of Shimla's buzzing social life. It is a
fairly level meandering esplanade that runs along the ridge. A fair walk
through The Mall is required to appreciate the beauty of its shops, cafes,
stores and restraunts.
Day 03 : Shimla - Manali
After breakfast drive to Manali for approx 6 hours. Check in at your
hotel. Day for rest and your own activities
Day 04 : Manali
After breakfast proceed to full day sight seeing tour of Manali.
Hidimba Devi Temple or Dhungri Temple is one of the most important
temples in the region.
Mountaineering Institute : provides training facilities for basic and
advance climbing both for Indian nationals and foreigners. Institute
conducts other adventurous sports activities like high altitude trekking,
minor mountaineering, rock-climbing, skiing, and high altitude rescue and
relief courses.
Manu Temple
Manali is named after the sage Manu who meditated when he came in this
area. Tibetan Temple Tibetans have a base in Manali too. There is a large
modern Tibetan temple to the South of the bus stand and also a small
handicrafts centre.
Vashisth Spring
Across the Beas river, about 3 km away from Manali at an altitude of
1,982 meters (6,200 feet), are the natural sulphur springs. The village
itself is perched on a steep hillside across the river Beas.
